As Principal at Wyatt & Walker, Palm leverages over 20 years of executive experience to provide real world perspective, advise and guidance to clients. He brings 30,000 foot innovation and excitement, while keeping grounded in the realities of day-to-day.
Prior to founding Wyatt & Walker, Palm was with Dun & Bradstreet where he led the business transformation and modernization of the leading provider of data, analytics and research solutions serving the education vertical.
Prior to Dun & Bradstreet, Palm was CEO, President and Board Director at NewBay, a private equity backed provider of information, professional development and marketing services in the consumer electronics, entertainment and education markets. Under his leadership, NewBay expanded through innovation, acquisition and new business development, growing its digital, event, content marketing and international offerings to create a market leading, customer-focused enterprise. In 2018, NewBay was sold to Future PLC.

Tom Cintorino is the CEO/Founder of The Next Chapter Consulting, providing strategy, technology, and M&A consulting services to travel, technology, and media companies helping them get to their next chapter.
Prior to, Cintorino spent 9-years as the EVP of Digital Strategy for Northstar Travel Group, including one-year in Asia assimilating acquisitions that established Northstar in the region. In addition, Cintorino led travel42 and Axus, Northstar’s technology solutions for Travel Advisors.
Cintorino has 20 years of experience managing digital strategy, product development, and operations for media companies, and 15 years of experience managing sales teams for venture-backed hi-tech start-ups.
